Crickhowell Group PracticeYoung onset Dementia group provide a person-centred, supportive environment for those living with young onset dementia and mild cognitive impairment aged 40-65years. They welcome individuals and their carers across Gwent. They support people to have a meaningful and a varied program of activities and opportunities that aim to alleviate social isolation, promote and maintain independence and skills.
