Warning

Please be vigilant – Several Scam Emails and Texts have been circulating. Some claim to be an official message from the NHS and read: ‘NHS: We’ve noticed you haven’t applied for your COVID pass, please follow the link to complete registration to avoid fees’. Others simply invite you to apply for your Covid Passport. Links redirect you to a fake but convincing ‘NHS’ website, that asks you to apply for your ‘Digital Coronavirus Passport’ using your personal and payment details.
If you receive a call you believe to be fraudulent, hang up. If you are suspicious about an email you have received, forward it to report@phishing.gov.uk. Suspicious text messages should be forwarded to the number 7726 which is free of charge.
If you believe you are the victim of a fraud, please report this to Action Fraud as soon as possible by calling 0300 123 2040 or visiting www.actionfraud.police.uk.
