Patients requiring to see the doctor urgently, who are too ill or frail to visit the surgery, should phone our main practice number on 01873 810255 to request a home visit. We ask that you call as soon as possible after 09:00 and give the receptionist a brief idea of the problem so that we can prioritise the visits.

Please note that this service is not intended for patients who are well enough to attend the surgery, but simply have transport difficulties.

You can also be visited at home by a community nurse if you are referred by your GP. You should also be visited at home by a health visitor if you have recently had a baby or if you are newly registered with a GP and have a child under five years.
